So, perhaps the time gap between post 1 and post 2 was quite a bit smaller than it should have been. This first topic with some meat in it, or in this case, fruit, is a study on the ripening of bananas. I buy a bunch of bananas each week, and they tend to be green when I buy them (nobody really knows how long they were green in the store).
I take them home and they remain green for 3 days! In this stage, they are useless piles of weight. However, on the fourth day, they are completely yellow, and black spots start to develop. Sometimes, the black spots cover the entirety of the sides. What happened? Did I really miss the optimal time to enjoy them?
One can perceive from this that the “prime time” for something is often a very short part of its existence. Getting to that prime time takes patience, but if one is “too patient”, they may end up falling asleep and waking up to black spots all over.
